Coolspring Street Renovations
This winning Merit Award for Modernization project was the subject of a
Fayette County Housing Authority presentation at a PAHRA Conference
highlighting it as the first selection to implement new design/modernization
standards. Project results were reduced crime, pride of ownership and upkeep
and an increased community appeal. The project came in under budget.

commissions we complete. We completed a Community Center, twelve units,
of which seven were accessible units and five were elderly units.
Eastview Terrace Renovations

Fund Program for this project had a June 30th deadline and we successfully completed design and advertised for bids
more than a month early.
